The Hoffner Firm was founded in 2001 by Fabian Hoffner, former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota.

Fabian Hoffner is a criminal defense attorney serving clients charged with DUI/DWI, all other criminal charges and professional license violations.

He serves as Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of Minneapolis, and was appointed Chairman of both the State of Minnesota Special Review Board and the State of Minnesota Hospital Review Board at the Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center.
