The Hoffner Firm was founded in 2001 by Fabian Hoffner, a former Assistant Attorney General for the state of Minnesota.

Fabian Hoffner now specializes as an independent criminal defense attorney serving clients in the areas of professional license defense, criminal charges, DUI / DWI and employment law. He also serves as a hearing officer for the City of Minneapolis.
